Shipping Policy & Return or Exchange Policy

24-48 hours
  1. We usually dispatch order within 24-48 hours of placing orders.
  2. Due to unforseen circumstances rare events we might dispatch it late.
5-7 working days
  1. 90% of orders from us are delivered in 5-7 working days.
  2. The courier company may be late due to delay or may be delayed due to an emergency, otherwise it will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
Tracking details via emails and sms
  1. We send all our customers tracking details via sms and emails.
  2. You can contact us here if you have not got the details after 48 hours of placing the order at care@shopinfactory.com
Process
  1. Mail us within 2 days of delivery so that we can verify to return or exchange.
  2. The order will be picked from your place and then we will ship the new in case of exchange or refund will be processed after verification of the received products.
  3. Cash on delivery orders will not be refunded, only exchange can be done.
  4. Cod charge will not be refunded.
  5. Refund will be given only in online payment position
  6. All goods supplied in packing must be provided otherwise we will not accept refund or exchange
  7. We accept the exchange only if an incorrect order is sent or there is a mistake or deficiency in manufacturing.
  8. You will have to pay courier charge if you exchange more than once
  9. The process of exchange will be accepted only when you ask for the exchange along with the whole baggage.
  10. Make a video of the product while opening the packet so we can verify when you wish to return the product.
Within 2 days from receiving the product
  1. Contact us within 2 days to return or exchange the product.
  2. Mail us at shopinfactory@gmail.com to process the return.
Both options are available
  1. We offer both return and exchange on our products.
  2. There might be some exceptions.
