Shipping Policy & Return or Exchange Policy
24-48 hours
- We usually dispatch order within 24-48 hours of placing orders.
- Due to unforseen circumstances rare events we might dispatch it late.
5-7 working days
- 90% of orders from us are delivered in 5-7 working days.
- The courier company may be late due to delay or may be delayed due to an emergency, otherwise it will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
Tracking details via emails and sms
- We send all our customers tracking details via sms and emails.
- You can contact us here if you have not got the details after 48 hours of placing the order at [email protected]
Process
- Mail us within 2 days of delivery so that we can verify to return or exchange.
- The order will be picked from your place and then we will ship the new in case of exchange or refund will be processed after verification of the received products.
- Cash on delivery orders will not be refunded, only exchange can be done.
- Cod charge will not be refunded.
- Refund will be given only in online payment position
- All goods supplied in packing must be provided otherwise we will not accept refund or exchange
- We accept the exchange only if an incorrect order is sent or there is a mistake or deficiency in manufacturing.
- You will have to pay courier charge if you exchange more than once
- The process of exchange will be accepted only when you ask for the exchange along with the whole baggage.
- Make a video of the product while opening the packet so we can verify when you wish to return the product.
Within 2 days from receiving the product
- Contact us within 2 days to return or exchange the product.

Both options are available
- We offer both return and exchange on our products.
